Responsibilities

• Identify and secure integration deals with protocols
• Develop growth partnerships for agent embedding, co-marketing, or token strategies
• Negotiate BD terms and fee-sharing structures
• Represent Deep Agents in ecosystem calls, pitch events, and industry communities
• Build a partner pipeline across Solana and (soon) EVM environments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a technical discipline
• 2+ years experience in Web3 business development, protocol relations, or sales
• Strong knowledge of DeFi mechanics and trading tools
• Experience working with founders, investor teams, and tech leads
• Bonus: understanding of AI tools and agent tech stacks
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
